Terms and Conditions for Camping and Caravan Bookings at Middletons Holiday Park, Isle of Arran

1. General
1.1 By making a booking with Middletons Holiday Park, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.2 The Park reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

2. Bookings and Payments
2.1 All bookings must be made by individuals aged 18 or over.
2.2 Full payment due on the date of booking.
2.3 Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations made 2 days or more before arrival may be eligible for a full/partial refund, subject to an administration fee.
3.2 No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 2 days of arrival or for early departures.
3.3 The Park reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, maintenance issues). In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
4. Check-in and Check-out
4.1 Check-in time is from 1 PM - 6 PM on the day of arrival. Late arrivals must be notified in advance.
4.2 Check-out must be completed by 11 AM on the day of departure.
4.3 Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
5. Site Rules
5.1 The speed limit within the Park is 5 mph and must be strictly observed.
5.2 Noise must be kept to a minimum between [quiet hours, e.g., 10 PM - 7 AM].
5.3 Open fires are prohibited. Barbecues are allowed but must be raised off the ground and supervised at all times.
5.4 All waste must be disposed of in designated bins. Recycling facilities must be used where possible.
5.5 Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times and cleaned up after.
5.6 The use of generators is not permitted unless by prior arrangement.
5.7 Respect for other guests and staff is required at all times. Unruly or antisocial behaviour may result in removal from the Park without a refund.
6. Liability and Safety
6.1 Guests use the Park facilities at their own risk. The Park accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property except where caused by negligence.
6.2 Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
6.3 The Park is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by factors outside its control (e.g., extreme weather, travel disruptions).
7. Fire Safety and Emergencies
7.1 Guests must familiarise themselves with fire safety points and evacuation procedures.
7.2 Fire extinguishers and emergency equipment must only be used in emergencies.
7.3 In case of emergency, call 999 or 01770 600 251 and notify Park staff immediately.
8. Complaints and Feedback
8.1 Any issues should be reported to the Park reception as soon as possible to allow for resolution.
8.2 The Park welcomes feedback to improve services and facilities.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Guest details are collected for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
9.2 The Park complies with relevant data protection regulations.
